Wolfwood Refuge seeks artistsOnce a year, Wolfwood Refuge holds a fundraising art auction. This year will be the sixth annual event on Sept. 23 in the Grange at the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Train station.
The revenue raised from this annual event helps to sustain the refuge over the winter months.
Wolfwood is currently home to 61 special animals. Currently, ambassador wolf Trinity is very ill and pills are $20 each. All of the money raised from the auction is used for the care of the animals and refuge.
If you are an artist or craftsperson who would like to showcase your work at this event and donate one of your creations, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
This event raises equal amounts of money from both the live and silent auction. For more information about the event and sanctuary, visit www.wolfwoodrefuge.org
